  • Can information flow effectively through the enterprise?
  • Can the enterprise respond and adapt to meet changing circumstances?
  • Is the enterprise resilient enough to bounce back from setbacks?
  • Are the cultural norms aligned with the espoused values?
  • Is the waste due to politics and self-preservation at a minimum?

The LE practice focus is decision performance:

  • Do leaders have the SA needed to make good decisions?
  • Are the leadership behaviours congruent with the values of the organisation?
  • In this age of integrity, are the leaders modelling wholehearted behaviours and creating a culture tolerant of:
    - people own their mistakes;
    - living their values;
    - trust is being built through accountability;
    - leaders serve others.

The Daring plan for enhancing leadership capability will:

  2. Collaborate in a stocktake of your strengths (Claim)
